Sonic X.
It introduced me to modern Sonic, and I am forever grateful. When I was younger, I stopped playing his games and I stopped watching the SatAM and AOSTH shows. Sonic disappeared from my life until Sonic X came along. I remember going, 'Whoa, he looks different!' And, 'Whoa, what happened to his voice??' (Quite a shock after only hearing Jaleel White voice him, lol.)
It also helps that Sonic X is the only Sonic cartoon to feature my favorite character.
